Terms and conditions 

Players must arrive 10 minutes before the booked game time. If a player arrives 10 minutes later or more, the game must start without him/her. The price charged will be the total of players in the game.

If a player needs to leave the game before it is over, he/she can do it at any time, but can not go back in the game. Full charges will apply.

If the team does not arrive in time for their booking, at most 10 mins after the game time, we will charge 100% as a “no show” charge. If they want to play, they have to make a new reservation.

Cancelations and refunds:

48 hours before the game, we refund 100%

24 hours before the game, we refund 50%

Less than 24 hours before the game or “no show”,  100% will be charged.

For your safety, Fox in a Box Guadalajara does not save or keep credit card info, nor gives it to anyone else.

The general terms of sale are provided for the purpose of enabling buyers to place an order. By placing an order the buyer acknowledges his/ her complete acceptance, without exception, of the general sales conditions.

1 – PRICES
1.1- The prices that are listed by Fox in a Fox Guadalajara include a 60 minutes play of our game, and are shown in mexican pesos.
1.2- All other services that are not included in the initial reservation will be billed in addition.
1.3- Fox in a Fox Guadalajara reserves the right to request an ID from customers who might be minors.
1.4- Fox in a Fox Guadalajara reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services will be billed according to the rates in effect at the moment the order is placed. 
2 – RESERVATIONS
2.1- Availability All reservations are processed in real time and are subject to availability. The sale will not be considered final until receipt of a confirmation email from Fox in a Fox Guadalajara with the order number. The credit card will immediately be debited for the amount of services booked.
2.2- Exchange / Cancelations Bookings cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the booked game is cancelled by Fox in a Fox Guadalajara. 
2.3- Confidentiality By purchasing buyer certifies that Fox in a Fox Guadalajara games, components, and puzzles are to be regarded as confidential. Any full or partial disclosure or publication to any third party violates Fox in a Fox Guadalajara business interests.

Any violation of this prohibition will be sanctioned by the confiscation of the device until the end of the game, or will lead to the eviction of the game room, and could be prosecuted before the courts.
